بازنگري انعطاف پذيري حياط هاي ايراني در طراحي مجموعه هاي بلند مرتبه مسكوني

با افزايش جمعيت ايران و تغيير روش زندگي مردم، خانه هاي سنتي ديگر پاسخ گوي نياز ساكنين نمي توانند باشند و براي جلوگيري از رشد افقي شهرها نياز بود است كه خانه ها به ارتفاع برده شوند. اما در اين ميان ساخت و سازها جديد با ورود مدرنيته به ايران داراي تحولات بسياري شدند كه نه با اقليم ايران سازگار است و نه با فرهنگ آن. بلند مرتبه سازي اگرچه باعث حفظ زمين هاي كشاورزي و عدم گسترش شهرها مي شود ولي داراي معضلات خاص خود مي باشد و امروزه با گسترش رو به رشد بلند مرتبه سازي لازم است تا با نگاهي عميق تر به اين موضوع پرداخته شود. اين مقاله در ابتدا به مبحث بلند مرتبه سازي در ايران و ساير كشورها پرداخته و در ادامه استفاده از معماري انعطاف پذير در معماري سنتي و امروز جهان به خصوص در ايران را مورد تحليل قرار مي دهد، و با ارائه برخي ديدگاه هاي بزرگان معماري جهان در رابطه با انعطاف پذيري سعي داشته است تا معماري مدرن امروز در كشور را با الگوهاي سنتي ايران پيوند دهد و خاطرهء فراموش شده استفاده از حياط مركزي را بار ديگر در ذهن معماران امروزي زنده سازد. در اين تحقيق سعي شده است با استفاده از روش توصيفي تحليل محتوا و با ابزار اسنادي و با بكارگيري الگوهاي سنتي ايران ( حياط مركزي و انعطاف پذيري)، با توجه به نياز ساكنين به فضاي باز در محيط زندگي ، عملكرد حياط را به تراس ها منتقل كرده تا بار ديگر سرزندگي را به مجموعه ساختمان هاي بلند مرتبه وارد سازد.

By increasing Iran population and changing their ways of life, traditional houses cannot be responsive to the needs of residents. So to avoid horizontal growth of cities, it has been required the houses were brought to the height. But among this, new construction has been developed by arrival of modernity in Iran which is neither compatible with the climate nor culture. Although high rise building maintaining agricultural land and helps reduction of urban sprawl, but it has its own problems. Today, by growing expansion of high rise buildings, it is necessary to look deeper into this subject. This article is about construction of high rise buildings in Iran and other countries and analyzing the usage of flexible architecture in traditional and today s world architecture, especially in Iran. In following, we presenting some great architect leaders point of views regarding flexible architecture which has been trying to link to today s modern architecture with traditional Iranian patterns and to remind a forgotten memory of usage of central courtyard again. In this study we have tried to focus on residential needs to outdoor living environment by transferred the role at yard into terraces, to bring vitality and liveliness into high rise buildings again. This research is based on descriptive contact analysis and documentary tools by using Iranian traditional patterns.
