نقش واسطه اي جو سازماني برارتباط مديريت دانش و موفقيت ورزشي مربيان كشتي (مطالعه موردي: اردبيل و خوزستان)

The mediating role of organizational climate on the relationship between knowledge management and fitness success ships (Case study: Ardabil Khuzestan)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش واسطه اي جو ‌سازماني بر ارتباط مديريت‌دانش و موفقيت‌ارتقاء ورزشي كشتي‌گيران از ديدگاه مربيان كشتي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه مربيان استان هاي خوزستان و اردبيل ( نفر) تشكيل دادند كه تعداد نفر از آنها باروش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده و بااستفاده از جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي تعيين روايي صوري پرسشنامه ها به كمك اساتيد دانشگاه‌ها و پايايي آنها از روش آلفاي كرونباخ بدست آمده كه بالاي مي‌باشد،براي تجزيه و تحليل آماري داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي(ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد) وآمار استنباطي( رگرسيون چند گانه ،t ، تحليل واريانس ANOVA ) استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن بود كه بين متغير پيش بين (مديريت‌دانش) و متغير ملاك (موفقيت و ارتقاء ورزشي ) ارتباط معني‌دار و مثبتي (R=0.89) وجود داشته و مديريت دانش به تنهايي مي‌تواند در حدود درصد متغير‌ملاك را پيش‌بيني نمايد و اين در حالي است كه متغير واسطه‌اي (جو‌سازماني) با هر كدام از متغير‌هاي پيش‌بين و ملاك از لحاظ ارتباط داراي ضريب همبستگي مثبت و معني‌داري است اگر به مدل رگرسيون اضافه شود مي‌تواند اثر‌گذاري متغير مديريت‌دانش را از لحاظ موفقيت و ارتقاء ورزشي مربيان افزايش دهد، همانطور كه در متن مقاله گزارش شده اين پيش بيني از درصد به درصد تغيير يافته است و اين به معني آن است كه جو‌سازماني به عنوان يك متغيير واسطه‌اي نقش بسزايي همراه با متغير پيش‌بين در ارتقاء و موفقيت ورزشي مربيان باشگاه‌ها دارد.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of intermediate organizational climate on the relationship between knowledge management and the success of the sports promotion of wrestlers wrestling coaches. The Statistical Society of all trainers Khuzestan and Ardabil (people) that the number of them formed barosh simple random sampling and using statistical sampling as Morgan table. To determine the formal validity of the questionnaire to help professors of universities and their validity of the method achieved a high cronbach alpha is that, for statistical analysis of data from the descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), explanatory oamar (multiple regression, analysis of variance ANOVA, t) was used. The results of the research suggest that it was between the default variable between (knowledge management) and the criterion variable (success and sports promotion) a positive and significant relationship (R = 0.89) and knowledge management alone can be approximately predicted the criterion variable percentage, and while that is an intermediate variable (the organizational climate) with each of the variables in terms of the relationship between the advance and the criterion of has a positive and statistically significant correlation coefficient if the model Can be added to the regression of the effect of the variable investments in terms of knowledge management success and increase the promotion of sports coaches, as reported in the article text, this prediction of the percentage in percentage has changed and this means that it is the organizational climate as an intermediate variable has a significant role along with variable success in sports before and between trainers clubs.
