The Relationship between Working Capital Management and Corporate Performance with a Focus on Financial Constraints on Tehran Stock Exchange

This research has already performed to investigation of the Relationship between Working Capital Management and Corporate Performance on Tehran Stock Exchange with Focusing on Financial Constraints. In this study, two models were evaluated as follows: the first model examined the working capital management and corporate performance and financial restrictions in the second model with 5 criteria, firm size, interest coverage, cash flows, dividends and Whited Wou index has been studied. The statistical population of this research is all accepted Firms in the Stock Exchange. , 304 corporates with sampling method of Systematic removal, as sample size has selected. The method of statistical analyzing in this research by Eviews software was used.
