عصر اطلاعات و ظهور جامعه شبكه اي، سرآغاز دگرگوني هاي همه جانبه در ابعاد و عرصه هاي مختلف حيات امروز بشري است. اهميت كنوني اين فناور يها شايد به همان اندازه اي باشد كه منابع انرژي در انقلاب هاي صنعتي گذشته، از ماشين بخار تا الكتريسيته و سوخت هاي فسيلي و حتي انرژي هسته اي داشتند. فن آوري اطلاعات مي تواند شمشيري دولبه باشد. فن آوري منبع بسياري از مزيت ها بوده است، اما همچنين فرصت هاي جديدي را براي نقض قانون يا دوركردن منفعت از ديگران ايجاد نموده است. با درك اين مطلب سازمانها بايد بتوانند مزيت ها را شناسايي و بيشتر از آن بهره برده تا عملكرد سازمان افزايش يافته و خطرات استفاده از فناوري را نيز بشناسند و از آن پرهيز كنند تا جلوي كاهش عملكرد را بگيرند.اين مقاله به منظور بررسي رابطه بين فناوري اطلاعات و عملكرد فردي و سازماني سازمانهاي دولتي انجام شده است. در اين مقاله با بررسي در مقالات، سايت هاي اينترنتي و همچنين مطالب معتبر در مورد موضوع مقاله ، از آنهافيش برداري شده و در اين مقاله گردآوري شده است.

Information age and emergence of network societis are the beginning comprehensive transformation in the various dimensions and areas of today human life. The current importance of these technologies may be equal to energy sources that past industrial revolutions had, from steam engine to electricity, fossil fuels, and even nuclear power. Information technology can be double-edged sword. Technology has been source of many advantages, but it has also created new opportunities for breaking the law or turning others away from benefits. With understanding this issue, organizations shoud be able to identify the benefits and tack better advantage of it to increasing the organization s performance and recognizing and avoiding the risks of using technology to stop performance deduction. This paper consider the relationship between information technology and the individual and organizational performance of government organizations. This study examine articles, websites, and valid materials about the subject, then taking note from them and collect in this study.
