تاثير تغذيه دانه تريتيكاله بر ويژگي‌هاي اندام‌هاي گوارشي و توليد مثلي مرغ‌هاي مادرتخمگذار بومي فارس

The effect of feeding triticale seed on characteristics of digestive and reproductive organs of Fars indigenous breeder laying hens

تريتيكاله گياهي است كه مي¬توان از آن به عنوان جايگزين ذرت در تغذيه طيور استفاده نمود بتابراين.به منظور بررسي تاثير تغذيه تريتيكاله روي مرغ¬هاي تخم¬گذار بومي فارس، دانه¬ي آن در سه سطح 15، 30 و 45 درصد جايگزين دانه ذرت در جيره شد و ويژگي¬هاي دستگاه گوارش و توليد مثلي مرغ¬ها در مدت 8 هفته مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه در نوبت اول نمونه برداري (هفته چهارم) وزن نسبي پانكراس در همه تيمارهاي آزمايشي به طور معني داري (P 0.05) كمتر از نمونه شاهد بود ولي وزن نسبي روده كوچك تنها در تيمار 2 و 3 به طور معني¬داري از نمونه شاهد كمتر بود. وزن نسبي سنگدان و روده بزرگ نيز در هيچكدام از تيمارها تفاوت معني داري با شاهد نداشت. در نوبت دوم نمونه برداري (هفته هشتم) وزن نسبي روده كوچك تنها در تيمار 3 به طور معني‌داري نسبت به شاهد كاهش يافت و تغييري در وزن نسبي روده كور، روده بزرگ و پانكراس تيمارهاي آزمايشي مشاهده نشد. تا پايان هفته چهارم وزن نسبي هيچكدام از بخش¬هاي دستگاه توليد مثلي تحت تاثير تيمارهاي آزمايشي قرا نگرفت اما در پايان دوره (هفته هشتم) وزن نسبي تخمدان، مگنوم و رحم در تيمار 2 (15% تريتيكاله) به طور معني¬داري نسبت به نمونه شاهد كاهش پيدا كرد. نتايج اين پژوهش به طور كلي نشان داد كه استفاده از تريتيكاله تا سطح 45% در جيره مرغ تخم¬گذار بومي فارس پس از 8 هفته، تاثيري بر وزن نسبي اندام هاي گوارشي نداشت و تنها باعث كاهش وزن نسبي سنگدان و روده كوچك شد

Triticale is a plant that can be used instead of corn in poultry feeding so, in order to investigate the effect of using triticale in the diet of Fars indigenous hens, three levels of its seed (15, 30 and 45 percents) were replaced instead of corn seed in diet and the characteristics of digestive and reproductive organs of hens were evaluated. The results showed that in the first time of sampling (4th week) the relative weight of pancreas in all treatments were significantly (P 0.05) lesser than control but the relative weight of small intestine in treatments 2 and 3 were significantly lesser than control. The relative weight of gizzard and large intestine in none of the treatments did not have significant difference with control. In the second times of sampling (8th week) the relative weight of small intestine was decreased only in treatment 3 compared with control. It was not observed any changes in the relative weight of cecum, large intestine and pancreas among experimental treatments and control. The relative weight of reproductive organs in none of the treatments did not have any differences with control up to the end of 4th week but the relative weight of ovary, magnum and uterus decreased in treatment 1 (15% Triticale) compared with control at the end of the experiment.The result of this study showed that using triticale seed up to 45% instead of corn seed in Fars indigenous hens diet for 8 weeks, did not have any effect on the relative weight of digestive organs but it decreased only the relative weight of gizzard and small intestine
