ارزيابي فعاليت تخمدان در ميش‌هاي نژاد لري بختياري طي فصل تابستان

Investigation of ovary activity in Lori-Bakhtiari ewes during the summer season

اين مطالعه جهت ارزيابي فعاليت تخمدان در ميش‌هاي نژاد لري بختياري در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد طي تير تا مرداد ماه سال 1395 انجام شد. طي روزهاي مختلف، تخمدان‌هاي 264 راس ميش نژاد لري بختياري از كشتارگاه ياسوج جمع‌آوري و تعداد جسم زرد براساس تخمك¬ريزي منفرد و دوتايي و همچنين حضور آن¬ها روي تخمدان¬هاي راست و چپ بررسي گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه نرخ وقوع تخمك‌ريزي انجام شده در ميش‌هاي لري بختياري طي فصل تابستان 8/67 درصد بدست آمد. وقوع تخمك‌ريزي دوتايي در مطالعه حاضر 1/12 درصد بود كه 5/37 درصد به‌صورت دوطرفه (تخمدان راست و چپ) و 5/62 درصد به‌صورت يك‌طرفه (به‌ترتيب 1/28 و 4/34 درصد براي تخمدان راست و چپ) مشاهده شد. نتايج به‌طور جالب توجهي طي فصل تابستان در ميش‌هاي نژاد لري بختياري نشان داد كه فعاليت تخمدان مي‌تواند دليلي بر عدم آنستروس بودن ميش‌ها در اين فصل باشد و همچنين اختلاف معني‌داري ميان تخمدان راست و چپ در هر دو مورد تخمك‌ريزي منفرد و دوتايي وجود ندارد (05/0P ).

The present study was undertaken to investigate ovary activity of Lori-Bakhtiari ewes in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province during June and August 2016. During different days, the reproductive tracts of 264 Lori-Bakhtiari ewes were collected from Yasouj abattoir and the number of corpus luteam per ewe was classified as single and double ovulation, as well as their presence in the right or the left ovary. Results showed that incidence of ovulation rate in Lori-Bakhtiari ewes during the summer season was 67.8%. The incidence of double ovulations in present study was 12.1 %, which 37.5 % occurred bilateral (ewes exhibited ovulations on the right and left ovaries); and 62.5 % occurred unilateral (28.1 % and 34.4 % for right and left ovaries, respectively). The results notably in Lori-Bakhtiari ewes during the summer season indicated that ovarian activity can the reason for the non-anestrus of ewes in this season and also there were no significant differences between right and left ovaries in both cases single and double ovulation (P 0/05)
