بررسي نرخ تخمك‌ريزي منفرد و مضاعف در تخمدان‌هاي راست و چپ بزهاي بومي استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد در فصل تابستان

Investigation of single and double ovulation rate in left and right ovaries of domestic goats in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province during the summer season

اين مطالعه جهت بررسي نرخ تخمك‌ريزي منفرد و مضاعف در تخمدان‌هاي راست و چپ بزهاي بومي استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد طي تير تا مرداد ماه سال 1395 انجام شد. طي روزهاي مختلف، تخمدان‌هاي 316 راس بز بومي از كشتارگاه ياسوج جمع‌آوري و تعداد جسم زرد براساس تخمك‌ريزي منفرد و دوتايي و همچنين حضور آن‌ها روي تخمدان‌هاي راست و چپ بررسي گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه نرخ وقوع تخمك‌ريزي انجام شده در بزها طي فصل تابستان 6/76 درصد بدست آمد. وقوع تخمك‌ريزي دوتايي در مطالعه حاضر 2/14 درصد بود كه 7/46 درصد به‌صورت دوطرفه (تخمدان راست و چپ) و3/53 درصد به‌صورت يك‌طرفه (به‌ترتيب 2/42 و 1/11 درصد براي تخمدان راست و چپ) مشاهده شد. تعداد 1 رأس بز واجد تخمك‌ريزي سه‌تايي بود كه دو تا جسم زرد روي تخمدان راست و يك جسم زرد روي تخمدان چپ مشاهده گرديد. نتايج طي فصل تابستان در بزهاي بومي استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد نشان داد كه تخمدان راست در هر دو مورد تخمك‌ريزي منفرد و دوتايي نسبت به تخمدان چپ از فعاليت بيشتري برخوردار است (05/0 P ).

The present study was undertaken to investigate single and double ovulation rate in left and right ovaries of domestic goats in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province during June and August 2016. During different days, the reproductive tracts of 316 domestic goats were collected from Yasouj abattoir and the number of corpus luteam per goat was classified as single and double ovulation, as well as their presence in the right or the left ovary. Results showed that incidence of ovulation rate in domestic goats during the summer season were 76.6 %. The incidence of double ovulations in present study was 14.2 %, which 46.7 % occurred bilateral (goats exhibited ovulations on the right and left ovaries); and 53.3 % occurred unilateral (42.2 % and 11.1 % for right and left ovaries, respectively). One head goat indicated triplet ovulations that two corpus luteam observed on right ovary and one corpus luteam on left ovary. The results in domestic goats Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province during the summer season indicated that the right ovary appeared to play a significantly greater role in goats showing single and double ovulations than the left ovary (P 0.05)
