The Role of Landscape Elements in Managing of Changes in Public Places (Case Study of Tajrish Region in Tehran)

Today, the urban landscape and public spaces are due to the political, social, and economic conditions And infrastructure needs have undergone rapid and wide-spread changes and flexibility in relatively short periods of time, For this reason, time management is important for organizing and designing a consistent and coherent city landscape.The purpose of this study was to analyze the status, effects and quality of urban landscape in identifying fixed and variable factors and proper perception of the effects of time that creates functional and aesthetic solutions in urban public spaces.in This article attempted to explore the role of landscape in management and understanding of time from the past to now by studying the Tajrish region of Tehran, By serial survey, founding all the factors and natural and framework factors are determined by collecting information in a qualitative way Research findings show that identification of landscape patterns and changes of elements of urban structure in different time periods of Tajrish region have led to its continuity, survival and indexation as a stable and dynamic set, And a better understanding of landscape patterns can help urban planning and prioritizing plans that take into account current and future needs.
