Gas to Gasoline (GTG) process includes conversion of natural gas into synthetic fuels that can be upgraded and separated into different useful hydrocarbon fractions including gasoline, LPG, and fuel gas. Generally, GTG process includes of three units: 1) Synthesis gas production unit 2) Methanol production unit 3) Methanol to Gasoline production unit (MTG). In this study, an integrated special new GTG process, Flare Gas to Gasoline (FGTG) for converting of gas to gasoline, LPG and fuel gas has been simulated by Aspen HYSYS v. 8.8 simulator. Reduce CO2 emissions, the most significant greenhouse gas arising from anthropogenic activities, is one of the major challenges of the world. Therefore, for preventing greenhouse gas emission for atmosphere, new closed arrangement of FGTG process has been proposed in this work. Results proved that by recycling of any emission gas such as flare and off gas from methanol and MTG unit to process, gasoline and LPG productivity increased about average 53% and 10% respectively than base case without recycling mode.
