Investigating the presence of alkaloids and flavonoids in the plant Epilobium hirsutum in the central alborz altitudes

خلاصه گياه علف پشمالو با نام علمي Epilobium hirsutum. گياهي گلدار از سرده علف فر جمع اوري شده از ارتفاعات منطقه البرز مركزي است. جنس اپيلوبيوم از تيره Onagraceae داراي بيش از 200 گونه است. اين گياه از راسته مورد سانان تيره Onageraceae (گل مغربيان) است ارتفاع اين گياه پايا به ۲ متر مي‌رسد ساقه اين گياه به شكل شاخه شاخه و مودار است. عصاره جنس اپيلوبيوم داراي خاصيت آنتي ميكروبي]1 2 3 4,5 ,6 [ ضد تكثير ]7 [ ضد التهاب ]8,9 [ ضد درد ]10 [ ضد اسهال ضد تحرك ضد ترشح ]11 [ داروي مسكن ]12 [ و انتي اكسيدان ],8 ,9 [ مي باشد. شاخ و برگ اين گياه و ريشه هاي آن حاوي فلاونوئيد استروئيد و تانن مي باشد]1,13 [. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي وجودتركيبات فلاونوئيدي وآلكالوئيدي موجوددرعصاره گياه Epilobium hirsutum با استفاده از تست هاي فيتوشيميايي است كه طي بررسي‌هاي انجام شده نتايج به دست امده نشان مي‌دهد كه عصاره گياه فر پشمالو داراي تركيبات فلاونوئيد و آلكالوئيد ميباشد.

Summary The herb with the scientific name Epilobium hirsutum. Flowering plant is a grasshopper collected from the altitudes of the central Alborz area. The genus of the Onagraceae epilobio has more than 200 species. The plant is from the Onageraceae, the height of this plant is up to 2 meters. The plant s shoots are shoed and hairy branches. An extract of the epilobioum has antimicrobial properties [1, 2, 3, 4,5, 6] [anti-proliferation] 7 [anti-inflammation] 8,9 [analgesic] 10 [anti-diarrhea anti-inactivation anti-acid] 11 [anesthetic drugs] 12 [and anti Oxidants], 8, 9 [. The foliage of this plant and its roots contain flavonoid steroids and tannins [1,13]. The aim of this study was to investigate the presence of flavonoids and alkoides in the extract of Epilobium hirsutum using phytochemical tests.An extract of the epilobioum has antimicrobial properties [1, 2, 3, 4,5, 6] [anti-proliferation] 7 [anti-inflammation] 8,9 [analgesic] 10 [anti-diarrhea anti-inactivation anti-acid] 11 [anesthetic drugs] 12 [and anti Oxidants], 8, 9 [. The aim of this study was to investigate the presence of flavonoids and alkoides in the extract of Epilobium hirsutum using phytochemical tests. The results of this study show that the shrimp plant extract contains flavonoids and alkaloids.
