چكيده فارسي :
Chenopodium botrys از خانواده Chenopodiaceae و يكي از گياهان داروئي مهم در دنيا و ايران است، كه داراي مقادير قابل توجهي روغن هاي اسانسي مي باشد. مواد موثره اين گياه استفاده فراواني در طب و در صنايع داروئي، آرايشي و بهداشتي مي شود. در اين پژوهش، تركيب هاي شيميايي و مقدار اسانس اندام هوايي گياه Chenopodium botrys جمع آوري شده از شهرستان ابهر مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نمونه ها پس از جمع آوري و خشك شدن، به روش تقطير با آب، بوسيله دستگاه كلونجر اسانس گيري شد و براي شناسايي تركيب هاي تشكيل دهنده و مقدار اسانس هر تركيب از دستگاه هاي GC و GC/Mass استفاده شد. در اين تحقيق تركيبات متشكله در اسانس موجود در اندام هوايي گياه Chenopodium botrys شامل 50 ماده شناسايي شده كه عمده آنها عبارتند از: المول استات (11/8 درصد)، بتا- مايرسن (7/89 درصد)، المول (7/17 درصد)،اينتر مدول- نئو (6/87 درصد)، سلينا-3،11- دي ان- 6- آلفا - ال (6/19 درصد)، گاما- كادينن (5/16 درصد) و ژرماكرن دي- 4- ال (4/6 درصد).
چكيده لاتين :
Chenopodium botrys is related to Chenopodiaceae family and one of the most important herbs in the world and also in Iran that have a significant amount of essential oil. The contained effective materials in this plant have many uses in medicine pharmaceutical and cosmetics and sanitary industries. In this study the chemical combinations the aerial parts of Chenopodium botrys gathered from Abhar city were examined. The samples of essence were taken after collecting and drying by distillation method with Clevenger system. Also it was used GC and GCMS machines for identifing the constitutive compounds and the amount of essence in each combination. In this research constitutive compounds that exist in the essence of the aerial parts of the Chenopodium botrys plant includes 50 types of material which have been identified as the main of them are following: Elemol acetate %11.08 β Myrcene %7.89 Elemol %7.17 Intermedeol neo %6.87 Selina 3 11 dien 6α ol %6.19 Cadinene gamma %5.16 Germacrene D 4 ol %4.6
