ساخت و بررسي تاثير اندازه بلورك‌ها در تركيب ابررساناي YBa_2 Cu_3 O_7

Preparation and Investigation effect of grain size in the Superconductor composition of YBa_2 Cu_3 O_7

در اين مقاله، به بررسي خواص ابررساناي سراميكي YBa_2 Cu_3 O_7 با تكنيك ساخت واكنش حالت جامد مي‌پردازيم. تفاوت نمونه‌هاي ساخته‌شده در نحوه آسياب‌كردن مواد آن‌ها است. آزمايش‌هاي پراش پرتو ايكس، اندازه‌گيري دماي گذار، تعيين ضريب اكسيژن با استفاده از روش تيتراسيون يدومتري براي بررسي نمونه‌ها انجام شد. و اندازه بلورك‌ها با استفاده از داده‌هاي آزمايشگاهي و روابط آن‌ها بدست آمده‌است و نتايج مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته‌است.

In this paper, we study the ceramic superconductor properties YBa_2 Cu_3 O_(7-δ) by the technique of solid state reaction.diffrence of the samples that were made, is in the way that materials are molded. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) experiments, transition temperature measurement, the determination of the oxygen coefficient using the idometric titration method were used to examine the samples and the size of the crystals using experimental data and their relationships have been studied and the results have been analyzed.
