Optical and electronic properties of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite GAXI3(X=Ge, pb, Sn )

خواص الكترونيكي و اپتيكي پروسكايت GAXI3 در سه نوع تركيب و فاز سه ميلي (Triclinic) در چارچوب نظريه تابعي چگالي (DFT) و با استفاده از تقريب (GGA) بررسي شده است. ساختار باند و چگالي حالتها و ثابت¬هاي اپتيكي مورد محاسبه و بررسي قرار گرفته است.نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي دهد كه از لحاظ الكترونيكي و اپتيكي تركيب GASnI3 گاف انرژي مناسب و ضريب جذب بهتري را در ناحيه نور مرئي نسبت به دو تركيب ديگر دارا است.

Electronic and optical properties of perovskite GaXI3 are investigated in tree type of combination and Triclinic phase. Using density functional theory and GGA approximation, the band structure, density of states and optical constants are computed. The results show that, in terms of electronic and optical, GASnI3 structure has a good bandgap and a better absorption coefficient than the two other structures in the visible light region.
