In this paper, the effect of hydrogenation on graphene quantum dot structures is investigated by DFT method. Due to the extensive application of honeycomb structures in electronic devices, electronic properties of these structures need to be controlled. The hydrogenation is affected on band structure, band gap size, polarization and etc. It can be seen that polarization is maximized, where the hydrogenation is about 20% to 25%.
