The Schiff base complex N,N’-bis[O-hydroxyacetophenone]ethylenediamin Fe(III) was synthesised by
using FeCl3 and N,N’-bis[ortohydroxyacetophenone]ethylenediamin Schiff base ligand. The structure of this
compound was characterized by spectroscopic methods. In the other part of this study Fe2O3 nano particles
were prepared by using above Schiff base complex by calcination method and characterized by some
spectroscopic techniques, such as X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), field emission scanning electron
microscopy (FESEM), elemental analysis (MAP), Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and
EDAX.
