چكيده فارسي :
CNT is 2dimentional carbon material which uses in nano electronic devices. Its atomes arrengment has important
role in its currnt .Scattering current decreases main current of device which stone- wales causes this operation limitation . In
this paper effect of stone-wales defect on CNTs is investigated and simulated with ATK software . Moreover , transmition -
energy characterıstic is ploted . The comparision study indicates that ston-wales deffect decreases transmition coffection and
therefore main current . furtheremore energy shift is effective factor on transmition spectrum of CNT
