This article is investigated to the role of numbering of quantum discs and their thickness in luminescence from Al0.3Ga0.7N/GaN Multi Quantum Disc core/shell Nanowire at the room temperature. In the peresented NWs, GaN layers are considered as periodicaly discs that embeded in AlGaN shell that suronded all of them. Luminescence emision calculated via a Schrodinger-Poisson self-cosistent method. The results show that the NWs that have a more thinner quantum discs can emmite a luminescence with the higer energy.
