The simulation dynamics of light-harvesting complexes as an open quantum system such as Fenna-Matthew-
Olson(FMO) complex existing in photosynthesis is important and useful in new technologies such as the design
of new nanostructures. In this paper we study simulation of Unitarian part of FMO complex existing in photosynthesis with
recoupling and decoupling method on NMR quantum compuation.
