Interesting optical properties of graphene lead to low-cost and accurate optical devices as well. In this paper, refractive index variation in strained graphene nanoribbon (GNR) in the presence of applied voltage is explored. The optical conductance is studied and refractive index modeling based on the conductance is investigated theoretically
