چكيده فارسي :
In this work, the effect of some geometrical parameters such as core radius, inner and outer shell thickness
on the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility of GaN-AlN-GaN nanostructure have been investigated. The
quadratic electro-optic effect was calculated as a function of the pump photon wavelength. The results showed
that due to confining of carriers in the quantum dot core, the nonlinear optical susceptibility of proposed
quantum dot increased by increasing the core radius. By changing the radiuses of the inner and outer shell, the
magnitude of the resonance wavelength remains invariant
