چكيده فارسي :
In order to improve diffusion of oxygen ions in BaTi1-xVxO3 structer, Li+ and Na+ cations are doped in the structer. Investigation of diffusion in new structers indicate that Na+ is more appropriate than Li+ to improve diffusion of oxygen ions.
