Organolead halide perovskites are among the most promising materials for various optoelectronic devices. İn this work, CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskites are synthesized with sonication method. The sonication time affects the particle size. DLS results reveals that synthesis of bromide perovskites with 10 min sonication time is the oprimum time to have the smallest particle size. PL spectra also confirm the results.The blue shift of PL peak for perovskites with 10min sonication time represents their small particle size.
