Let $M_{m,n}(A)$ be the set of all $m\times n$ matrices with entries in unital $C^{*}$-algebra $A$. In this paper we introduce doubly stochastic matrices and relation weak and strong majorization on $M_{m,n}(A)$ and study some properties of them.
