چكيده فارسي :
In this research, micropropagation of two blackberry genotypes; ‘High thorny’ and ‘Low thorny’ was studied. Nodal segments were used as explant. After explants decontamination, they were cultured on MS (Murashige and Skoog), AN (Anderson) and WPM (Woody Plant Medium) media supplemented with 2 mg/l benzyladenine (BA) and 0 or 0.5 mg/l naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) for shoot proliferation. In ‘High thorny’ genotype, the highest shoots proliferation (8.6 shoots / explant) was achieved on MS medium containing 2mg/l BA and 0.5 mg/l NAA. In ‘Low thorny’, AN medium caused the greatest shoot proliferation (5/58 shoots / explant). In ‘High thorny’, rooting of shoots was performed in the proliferation medium. However, in ‘Low thorny’ the best rooting (3.23 roots / shoot) was attained on MS medium containing 2 mg/l IBA.
