incorrect posture causes the joints to settle in an unsuitable condition, and in result externally go out of their optimal rotation axis. Some researcher have stated that football players with hyper Lordosis much more suffer from Hamstring Strains injury than other players. Maintaining of straight posture is effective in promote function and prevention of injury in football players, but there is limited data about the effect of prevention program on posture, thus the present study invistigate the effect of 10 weeks “FIFA +11 kids” warm up program on the spine curvatures of the Iran`s young children football players. Method: this study consists of 56 individuals of the young children and adolescent football players of 9-14 years old. These players have been divided into two groups; control group (35 players) and intervention group (21players). The intervention-group subjects participated in 10 weeks “FIFA 11+ kids” twice a week for 10 weeks. Control group players followed a usual warm-up. Kyphosis and Lordosis curvatures of subjects was measured by the Spinal Mouse apparatus (made by IDIAG company, Switzerland) from the first thoracic vertebra to the second sacrum vertebra. Results: The result of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the Lordosis angle of the intervention group (M=-19.82) and the control group (M=-7.63), (P= 0.01). But there wasn`t a significant difference in Kyphosis angle. Conclusion: Results show “FIFA 11+ kid” program affect lordosis angle. Among the reasons of the +11 for kids exercises efficiency on the players` Lordosis is the existence of core stability exercise. Herisomalis and Goodman (2001) also, have investigated the effect of the endurance exercise on the spinal column and reported positive effects of the exercises on the Lordosis angle. From the other side, the reasons of the +11 for kids program not being effective on the Kyphosis angle, is lack of stretching exercises for the anterior muscles of chest.
