This study social entrepreneurship impact on organizational performance with emphasis on the mediating role of organizational trust departments of Youth and Sports in Mazandaran province. Data gathered by three questionnaires Social Entrepreneurship Days (1998) 0/894 reliability and performance humble et al (2012) 0/793 and organizational trust the reliability of Arnold and Feldman (1986) 0/818 was reliability. Data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics to the Smart PLS software. The findings of this research show that social entrepreneurship to organizational performance directly and indirectly, and the role of organizational trust has a positive impact. As well as social entrepreneurship component (agent of change, identifying and pursuing opportunities, the mission, the presence of a continuous process, a bold work, responsibility, creation works) also had a positive impact on organizational performance
