Job satisfaction which is an interdisciplinary field between psychology, management, human factors and other social and industrial studies is becoming one of the comprehensive issues nowadays. Its goal is to measure the impact of various factors on satisfaction of employees and try to increase it. This issue is not only profitable for the managers and companies, but also it is beneficial for employees. In this article, the impact of various factors on satisfaction of employees is defined and classified.
