Communities and their participation in sociological laws from the perspective of the Holy Quran

چكيده: دراين نوشتارضمن توضيح مفاهيم، قانون، سنت و جامعه، بررسي مختصري ازعلل و انگيزه هاي زندگي اجتماعي، نقد روش جامعه شناسي در تحليل موضوع، بررسي نظرات در خصوص حقيقي يا اعتباري بودن جامعه، چيستي قانونمندي در مطالعات اجتماعي به همرا دلائل آن ارائه شده، شپس به طرح نظر قرآن كريم در مورد موضوع پرداخته، با اثبات اين هماني قانونمندي جامعه از ديدگاه جامعه شناختي با سنت هاي اجتماعي الهي در قرآن كريم، اشتراك جوامع در قانونمندي مفهومي شده در جامعه شناسي، اثبات و سپس به ويژگي ها، شرايط و عوامل تحقق قانونمندي از نگاه قرآن كريم پرداخته شده است..اين مقاله كه در 37 صفحه تدوين گرديده است وبا ارائه نتيجه و توصيه در زمينه موضوع مورد بررسي خاتمه يافته است تلاش داشته تا با نوعي تفسير اجتماعي از قرآن كريم و نگاهي از درون به آن، زمينه سازي تئوريزه كردن برخي موضوعات كه به عنوان امر مسلم و تمام شده جامعه شناختي تلقي مي شده را فراهم ساخته، اثبات نقش و توان قرآن كريم بطور خاص در اثبات قانونمندي جامعه و تاثيرات اين بحث در مطالعات جامعه شناختي بطور عام را دنبال نمايد.خاطر نشان مي شود كه عمده منابع اين نوشتار از كتب جامعه شناسي،كتب انديشمندان مسلمان و تفاسير اجتماعي بوده است. كليدواژگان: جامعه،قانون،سنت، قانونمندي ، اشتراك جوامع در قانونمندي، قرآن و قانونمندي جوامع

Abstract The current research delineates the sociological key concepts such as law, tradition, society, highlights the reasons of social life and studies critically the sociological method in analysis of the issue. Moreover, he delves into the theories on the conventional or true nature of the society, the concept of regularity in social studies along with their reasons. He is of the view that both the Quran and sociology support the regularity of societies. As, he tries to figure out the features, conditions and factors of regularity in the light of the Quran. The study follows an interdisciplinary method where the Quranic tenets are compared with sociological debates. The article ends up with a conclusion and a suggestion about the topic posed. The author, looking inter-textually at the social exegesis of the Quran, has tried to pave the background to develop accurate sociological theories in the light of the Quran. The books of sociology and the Muslim scholars’ works and social exegeses constitute major sources of the article.
