چكيده
تحول امري آني ودفعي نيست ودر يك جا ويك لحظه حاصل نمي شود، بلكه امري تدريجي ومشمول گذر زمان است واين، نيازمند فهم ودريافت معارف ومطالب در مرحله اول وبه كاربستن آنها در مرحله دوم وسپس آمادگي روحي براي آموزش مراتب بالاتر دانش وپس از آن، به كار بستن آن مي باشد. تحول داراي فرايند ومرحله به مرحله است. ترتيب وفرايندي بودن نزول آيات قرآن گواه مطلب فوق است تا از اين رهگذر درك وفهم مردم براساس شرايط موجود درآن ونزول آيه مباركه در همان موضوع ودر همان شرايط خاص كه در آيات قرآني تعبير به شأن نزول مي شود بيشتر وبهتر گردد؛ به اقتباس از نزول تدريجي آيات، تدريجي بودن تحول در قران مورد بحث قرار گرفته در ابتدا تحول فرهنگي- اعتقادي كه اين فرايند هم براساس اكثر مضمون آيات مكي كه به تبيين عقايد وباورها مي پردازد براساس آيه دوم سوره جمعه كه در مرحله اول بعث رسول با ابزارهاي تلاوت آيات، تزكيه وتعليم كتاب وحكمت تحول حاصل مي شود ومرحله دوم تحول، تحول اخلاقي- رفتاري است كه فرايند تحريم شراب را بيان نموده ودر نهايت به تثبيت و نهادينه كردن تحول بر اساس معرفي راهكار تمسك به قران وعترت تواما واجراي حدود الهي كه باعث ضمانت اجرايي آن مي باشد اقدام نموده است.

Abstract
Evolution [or development] is not an immediate and sudden phenomenon that could be achieved in a single moment, but rather is a gradual and time-consuming process. This requires understanding and learning something first, then one has to take preparation for shifting to the higher levels and stages of the process, and then in the third phase the given development has to take place in the objective world. The development [evolution] comprises a gradual a stage to stage process. The arrangement and the gradual form of the revelation of Quranic verses is a testimony to the above-mentioned issue. This point will help people understand the meaning of the Quran according to the occasions of the revelation and specific conditions which were prevailing over the revelation. The circumstances which were effective in descending of revelation is called ‘occasions of revelation’ in the Quranic sciences. This paper studies the gradual revelation of the Quranic verses in the light of the Quran, specifically in the light of the 2nd verse of chapter al-Jumaa. The means of gradual cultural development in the first year of prophetic mission were recitation of the Quranic verses, teaching wisdom and the Holy Quran. And the second stage of cultural development, based on most of the purport of the Meccan verses, is description of the beliefs. The third stage of development was reforming the morality and behavior of the people. Finally, the Quran tried to institutionalize and consolidate these teachings amid sticking to the Quran, the Holy prophet and his progeny concurrently on the one hand and execution of the divine laws on the other.
