چكيده
هنجارها از مهم‌ترين و بارزترين مولفه‌هاي فرهنگي و از مؤثرترين عوامل شكل‌گيري هويت فردي و جمعي مي‌باشند. نوشتار پيش‌رو در صدد است تا فرآيند توليد يا پيدايش هنجارها و نيز مهم‌ترين كاركرد‌هاي آنها را با استفاده از روش تحليل علم‌النفس (روانشناسي) فلسفي و استنطاق از قرآن كريم مورد بررسي قرار دهد.
در اين نوشتار، با تحليل فرآيند صدور افعال اختياري و آثار فكري و روحي آن، روشن شده است كه هم بر اساس علم‌النفس فلسفي و هم آيات كتاب الهي، اولاً آن عاملي كه باعث مي‌شود تا جامعه يا فرد، برخي رفتارها يا قالب‌هاي رفتاري را بهنجار به حساب آورده و بر ديگر قالب‌هاي رفتاري ترجيح دهند، اصول و مباني ارزششناختي (چارچوب‌هاي نظري‌اي كه معيار بازشناسي كمالات مطلوب و امور واجد شايستگي در ساحت‌هاي مختلف انساني هستند) بوده و مباني ارزششناختي نيز به نوبه‌ي خود مبتني و مسبوق به جهان‌بيني (انديشه‌هاي بنيادين درعرصه‌ي هستي شناختي، انسان‌شناختي و معرفت‌شناختي) و مُنتَج از آن هستند.
و ثانياً مهم‌ترين كاركرد هنجارها تقويت و تثبيت همان مباني ارزششناختي و انديشه‌هاي جهان‌شناختي است و البته اين كاركرد اساسي، خود، واجد خرده‌كاركردهاي ديگري نظير تثبيت ارزش‌ها در جامعه، رفع اختلافات و تحقق همبستگي مي‌باشد.

Abstract
Norms are the most important and prominent cultural components that affect the formation of individual and collective identity. The present article, using the philosophical analysis and the Holy Qur an, seeks to examine the development process as well as the most important functions of norm. The author, by analyzing the process of actions that come out of one’s freedom, studies their intellectual and spiritual effects. It has become clear in both philosophical psychology and the divine verses that the factor which causes a person or a society to assume certain behavior a norm and prefer it to other forms of behavior, is the axiological foundations and principles. [Axiological foundations are theoretical frameworks that play the role of criteria for recognition of appropriate perfections]. However, the axiological foundations, in turn, are based on a worldview (basic ideas in the subject matter of Ontology, Anthropology, and Epistemology). And secondly, the most important function of the norms is to strengthen and consolidate the very axiological foundations and cosmological reflections. Of course, this fundamental function itself has some other micro functions such as the consolidation of values in the society, the resolution of differences and the realization of solidarity.
