The impact of revelation atmosphere on the formation of medical reports in the form of factual [haqiqi] or actual [khariji] proposition

چكيده بخشي از آموزه‌هاي روايي، احاديث طبي هستند. ويژگي اين احاديث در نگاه اول اختصاص به مخاطب و بيمار خاص است كه در اصطلاح فقه الحديث به آن قضيه خارجيه اطلاق مي‌شود. در مقابل مي‌توان بسياري از اين آموزه‌ها را بر اساس معيارهايي معين قضيه حقيقيه دانست كه در تمامي مصاديق مشابه كاربرد و حجيت دارند. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي تأثير فضاي صدور در شكل‌گيري احاديث طبي در قالب‌هاي قضيه حقيقيه و خارجيه و به‌تبع بيان راه‌هاي تشخيص اين نوع قضايا در احاديث است. همچنين با بررسي ادله مي‌توان به اصل اولي در اين زمينه دست يافت. براساس اين پژوهش كه به صورت مصداقي به بررسي روايات طبي پرداخته است با شناسايي مخاطب، فضاي صدور و ديگر شواهد و قرائن مي‫توان آموزه‫هاي طبي را قضاياي حقيقيه دانست. همچنين هر چند احاديث طبي با ديگر روايات تفاوت‫هايي دارند ولي اصل اولي در اين روايت‫ها نيز همانند ديگر آموزه‫هاي روايي است.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ كليدواژگان: روايات پزشكي، معالجه، طب معصومان، تجربه بشري، مخاطب شناسي

Abstract Medical reports constitute part of Hadith teachings. Initially it seems that these reports address specific pe0ple and particular cases which based on science of hadith can be termed as actual [khariji] propositions. Contrary to that view, most of the medical reports, based on certain criterion, can be termed as factual and thus authoritative and applicable to new similar cases. The research aims to study the impact of revelation atmosphere on the formation of medical reports in the form of factual and actual propositions. Moreover, the author, following a descriptive-analytic method, tries to highlight ways of recognizing such reports in Hadith literature. Based on this research which evaluates medical reports on case by case method, the addresses, the atmosphere of issuance of reports, and other pieces of evidence, one can claim that most of these reports [teachings] are actual propositions [applicable to new cases]. There might be differences between medical and other reports but the basic principle is that the content of these traditions is similar to other reports.
