The Foundations of Politics and Islamic State in the Viewpoint of Allama Tabatabai in the Commentary of Al-Mizan

چكيده از مطالبي كه علامه طباطبايي پيرامون سياست بيان كرده است مي توان چنين استنباط كرد كه از ديد وي؛ سياست به معناي تدبير امور مردم جهت دستيابي به حق از راه هاي مشروع و صحيح است، نه هر نوع سلطه و تفوق بر حريف و دستيابي به تمتع بيشتر از هر راه ممكن. حكومت اسلامي حكومت انساني است كه مصالح كليه افراد جامعه در سطوح مختلف را تأمين مي كند و در پي سعادت مادي و معنوي انسان ها در عرصه دنيا و آخرت مي باشد. خدا محوري، حق محوري و اخلاق محوري مهمترين اصول و مباني حكومت اسلامي بشمار مي روند. خداوند جهان را آفريده و تدبير امور آن را در نيز در دست دارد. از اين رو حق قانون گذاري و حاكميت و ولايت تشريعي بر جامعه بشري، فقط از آن اوست. ولايت تشريعي پيامبر(ص) و ائمه(ع) نيز از ولايت تشريعي خداوند سرچشمه مي گيرد و حكومت در عصر غيبت نيز به مسلمين واگذار شده كه فردي را بعنوان حاكم انتخاب كنند تا به سيره پيامبر اكرم(ص) عمل كند، احكام اسلام را كاملا اجرا و در مواردي كه حكمي وجود ندارد، تصميم بگيرد. حق محوري به معناي محوريت شريعت الهي، براي تدبير امور جامعه بشري در راستاي صلاح مادي و معنوي انسان و دستيابي به سعادت او در دنيا و آخرت مي باشد. اخلاق محوري نيز به مفهوم محوريت فضائل و ارزشهاي اخلاقي در عرصه فردي و اجتماعي و رعايت آن در همه امور، بويژه سياست و حكومت مي باشد. واژگان كليدي: مباني، سياست، حكومت، حكومت اسلامي، علامه طباطبايي، الميزان

Abstract Allama Tabatabai has described miscellaneous points on politics. One can conclude that, in his view, politics means managing people s affairs in order to achieve the right through legitimate and correct ways, not any kind of domination over the opponent and making achievements in any way possible. Islamic government is a human government that supplies the interests of all people at different levels and is following the material and spiritual prosperity of humans in the world and the hereafter. The research method in the present paper is descriptive-analytical and based on library resources. The most important principles of the Islamic state are God-centeredness, right-centeredness, and laying great emphasis on Islamic ethics. The legislative authority of the Prophet (s) and the Imams (as) also originate from the legislative authority of God, and the government, at the time of occultation, has also been delegated to the Muslims to choose a ruler so that he must act according to the Prophet s (PBUH) way of life, implement the commandments of Islam and decide what is right in cases where there is no exact ruling. The right-centeredness means the rule of the divine law, to guide the affairs of the human society in order to achieve the material and spiritual well-being of man and achieve his happiness in the world and the hereafter. Laying great emphasis on morality means that the ethical codes and values must prevail in the individual and social arena, and observance of it in all matters, especially politics and government.
