چكيده
در بين كتاب هاي آسماني،قرآن تنها كتاب باقيمانده بدون تحريف وخود راهنما، براي هدايت همه انسان ها تا روزي كه جهان ماده،برقرارو زندگي بشر در آن تداوم دارد.جامعيت قرآن نسبت به همه آن چه بشر براي رسيدن به سعادت حقيقي در دنياو كمال پايدارو ادامه زندگي درابديت،به آن نياز دارد وفهم پذيري ،تبيين وتفسير وتأويل آيات آن، توسط پيامبر خاتم صلي الله عليه وآله وعترت طاهرينش عليهم السلام ،در حين گذر زمان وبروز نيازهاي جديد،عالمان دين را برانگيخت تا با بهره گيري از علوم مختلف ،به تفسير قرآن، پرداخته ودر طول زمان ، برگستره آن افزوده گشته است.تفسيرقرآن،با استفاده از تخصص علمي سياسي مفسر، «گرايش تفسير سياسي قرآن»ناميده مي شودكه محور مقاله پيش رو است و مانند ساير نوشته هاي علمي بايد از مباني خاص،روش وشيوه واصول وضوابط كه سازنده نظم منطقي هر نگاشته ومكتوبي هستند،برخوردار باشد.درنوشتار حاضر سعي شده به اركان اصلي اين گونه تفسير به طور اجمال پرداخته شود.

Abstract
The Quran, from among all the divine texts, is the only book that has remained undistorted and will serve as an everlasting guide for human till the end of the world. The following theoretical foundations prompted the scholars to interpret the Quran, throughout the history, via application of different sciences they have mastered: A) the Quran is an understandable book. B) the Quran comprises all what human beings need in their way of seeking prosperity in this world and eternal perfection in the hereafter. C) the prophet and the Imams did interpret and explain the Quran. D) While facing new questions and challenges in the era of occultation, the scholars, applying different sciences and expertise, will interpret the Quran. To interpret the Quran, making use of the political science literature, is called ‘the political exegesis of the Quran’. The paper studies ‘the political exegesis of the Quran’. Like every other scientific paper, it enjoys certain fundamentals, method and logical order. The author has tried to pay heed to those fundamental constituents of political exegesis.
