نگاهي به اعجاز تشريعي در قرآن كريم

چكيده انسان براي ادامه حيات خويش نياز به قوانيني دارد كه با به كار گيري آن ها بتواند با ايجاد يك رابطه استوار با افراد مسير سعادت را طي كند. قوانيني محكم ،خطا ناپذير ،مناسب و بدون عيب و نقص در همه امور جزئي و كلي كه اعتدال و ميانه روي در تمامي جنبه هاي آنها رعايت شده باشد. از آن جايي كه قوانين بشري به دليل فقدان شرايط يادشده دچار دگرگوني و تناقص فراواني، هستند هيچ گاه نتوانسته اند به تمامي اين نيازها پاسخ دهند. بنابراين تنها مرجعي كه قوانينش داراي شرايط يادشده به طور كامل است آفريننده انسان و جهان است، چراكه به مخلوقات خويش آگاهي كامل داشته و از آنها بي نياز است . اين قوانين الهي با تمامي ويژگي هاي يادشده در قرآن كريم منعكس شده است و همين نكته است كه وجهي از وجوه اعجاز اين كتاب آسماني را ترسيم مي كند كه از آن به «اعجاز تشريعي » نام برده مي شود كه با مقايسه ميان اين اصول و مباني كه در قرآن كريم آمده است با آنچه كه ممالك متمدن در قوانينشان آورده اند مي توان افق برتري قرآن كريم را در تمامي موضوعات نتيجه گرفت. واژگان كليدي :اعجاز قرآن، اعجاز تشريعي ، قوانين بشري، اعتدال، هدايت

Abstract In order for the human to survive, they stand in dire need of laws. By implementation of the laws, they will be able keep solid relationship with the people and experience a prosperous life. Indeed, the laws must be robust, infallible, suitable and flawless in all general and particular issues. Moderation needs to be observed in all aspects of the laws. The human-made laws fail to meet all the necessary conditions of a wise legislation; thus, they undergo drastic changes and repeated contradictions. Therefore, the only authority, whose laws are perfect and satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, is the creator of man and the world, because he has full knowledge of his creatures and does not need them. These divine laws, with all their unique features, are reflected in the Holy Qur an, and it is this point that depicts the miraculous aspects of this book, which is referred to as the legislative miracle or inimitability of the Quran. By comparing the legal principles and foundations subscribed by the Quran, with what civilized countries favor most in their legal systems, one can easily conclude the supremacy of the Quran over other legal laws in all issues.
