چكيده
يكي از ضرورتهاي اصلي يك جامعه مسلمان ارائه برنامه اي در زمينه آموزش و پرورش آن است كه لازم است از سرچشمه هاي زلال آن چون قرآن استخراج گردد.در اين راستا يكي از مهم ترين و حساس ترين مراحل در امرخطير تعليم و تربيت استخراج و بيان اهداف مي باشد.ارزشيابي نيز به عنوان آخرين عنصر آموزشي ميزان وصول به اهداف را مشخص مي سازد.در ارزشيابي نياز به ملاك هايي است و بدون در نظرگرفتن اين ملاك ها نمي توان ارزشيابي واقع بينانه اي داشت.لذا پژوهش حاضر در صدد«بررسي اهداف و معيارهاي ارزشيابي آموزشي از منظر قرآن كريم»است.به منظور وصول به هدف فوق از روش توصيفي-تحليلي و از منابع كتابخانه اي استفاده گرديده است.نتايج پژوهش مبين آن است كه از جمله هدف غايي در امرآموزش ازنظرگاه قرآن را مي توان در قرب الي الله و مهم ترين اهداف واسطي را در تزكيه نفس متعلمان،به بارنشاندن عالماني رباني و سوق دادن آنها به سمت ايجاد تفكري ژرف در مسائل،ايجاد روحيه سؤال كردن،تحقيق و حقيقت جويي و ايجاد توانايي تمييز،تحليل و قدرت تفكيك مسائل از يكديگر و نقد آنها در متعلمان دانست.براي رساندن متعلمان به اهداف فوق لازم است نظام ارزشيابي صحيح و دقيقي داشت،مهم ترين ملاك هاي ارزشيابي از منظر قرآن را مي توان در بنيان نهادن ارزشيابي بر اساس معيارهاي معنوي و دوري از معيارهاي مادي(درجهت حق بودن ارزشيابي)،برقراري عدالت در ارزشيابي،توجه به شايستگي هاي واقعي متعلمان و دوري از ظاهربيني و سطحي نگري،داشتن صداقت،وسيع تر نمودن افق ديد،دقيق و منطقي بودن ارزشيابي،دوري از كبر،غرور،غضب،تعصب،خودمحوري،لجاجت و عناد در ارزشيابي دانست.

Abstract
The Muslim Community needs to have an educational program that is to be extracted from the original source such as the Qur an. In this regard, the extraction and expression of the educational objectives is one of the most important and at the same time most sensitive stages. Evaluation as the last element of the curriculum determines the extent to which the goals are met. In evaluating, criteria are needed and, without considering these criteria, there can be no realistic evaluation. The present study seeks to review the goals and criteria of educational evaluation from the perspective the Holy Quran. Thus, the author has used the library resources in descriptive-analytical method to achieve this goal. The results of the research indicate that the ultimate goal in teaching from the Qur anic point of view can be seeking proximity to Allah. And the most important intermediary goals are: cultivating the soul of the disciples, developing divinely scholars, pushing them towards deep thinking in critical issues, avoiding memory-based education, creating the spirit of questioning, research and truth in the students, creating the ability to distinguish, analyze and resolve issues from each other. In order for the students to achieve the above-mentioned goals, having a precise and correct evaluation system seems a must. And the most important criteria for evaluation, from the perspective of the Qur an, can be found in the establishment of an evaluation that has to be based on spiritual criteria rather than material criteria (evaluation must be in the right direction). Restoring justice in evaluation, paying attention to the true competencies of the learners, avoiding pretentious and superficial character, honesty in evaluation, broadening horizons in evaluation, having accurate appraisal, avoiding arrogance, pride, anger, prejudice, self-determination, stubbornness and obstinacy are all necessary elements in the process of evaluation.
