اصول و رويكردهاي برنامه‌ريزي در مديريت حضرت يوسف (ع) از منظر قرآن كريم

Principles and Approaches of Planning in the Joseph (a) Management from the Perspective of the Holy Qur an

چكيده برنامه¬ريزي يكي از مهم‌ترين وظايف مديران است كه سهم تعيين‌كننده در رشد و تكامل سازمان‌ها دارد؛ ازآنجاكه قرآن كريم به‌عنوان منبع اصيل و ماندگار در تمام عرصه‌هاي حيات بشري معارف اصيلي را عرضه نموده است مي¬توان با مراجعه‌اي به آن اصول و رويكردهاي برنامه¬ريزي رسولان و پيام‌آوران الهي را كشف و استخراج نمود. نگارنده با تكيه‌بر داده¬هاي وحياني، منابع تفسيري، با بهره‌گيري از ادبيات مديريتي و با استفاده از روش توصيفي تحليلي به تبيين و تشريح اصول و رويكردهاي برنامه¬ريزي در مديريت حضرت يوسف (ع) پرداخته است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق اين شد كه مهم‌ترين اصول و رويكردهاي برنامه‌ريزي در مديريت حضرت يوسف (ع) عبارت‌اند از: اهتمام به تشخيص شرايط بحراني و برنامه‌‌ريزي براي مديريت صحيح بحران، توجه به اهميت زمان در برنامه‌ريزي، تأكيد به طرح برنامه‌‌ريزي كاربردي و راهبردي، تمركز به تعديل مصرف و اصل قناعت در برنامه‌‌ريزي براي شرايط بحران اقتصادي، برنامه‌‌ريزي توليدي، تخصيص بهينه سرمايه، آينده‌نگري، توزيع عادلانه و برنامه¬ريزي مبتني بر وفاي به عهد و تعهدات و... همچنين مشخص شد كه حضرت يوسف (ع) با برنامه¬ريزي شايسته و مؤثري كه داشت، توانست اعتماد حاكم مصر را در حد بسيار بالايي كسب كند و جلوي بحران قحطي و خشك‌سالي و گرسنگي كشور مصر را بگيرد و از اين طريق نيز به آن هدف اصلي خود كه نفي شرك و ترويج توحيد و يكتاپرستي بود نائل شود. كليدواژگان: قرآن، حضرت يوسف (ع)، مديريت، برنامه¬ريزي، اصول

Abstract Planning is one of the most important tasks of managers that plays a decisive role in the development of organizations. Since the Holy Quran, being the original and lasting source in all aspects of human life, has provided original education, one can refer to the Quran to discover and extract the principles and approaches of the planning of divine apostles and messengers. Using the literature of management and apply descriptive-analytic research method, the author, by relying on divine data, interpretive sources, has explained the principles and approaches of planning in the light of Joseph management of Yusuf (AS). The library research method is based on the interdisciplinary discussions of the two disciplines ‘interpretation’ and ‘management’. The most important principles and approaches of planning in Joseph’s management are: 1. Attempts to identify critical situations and planning for the proper management of the crisis, 2 Paying attention to the importance of time in planning, 3 Laying emphasis on designing a strategic and applied planning, 4 Focus on consumption adjustment, 5. The principle of contentment in planning for economic crisis situations, 6 production planning, 7 optimal allocation of capital, 8 prospective, 9 fair distribution and 10 planning based on the maxim of fulfilling the treaties and contracts and etc. The result of this type of management was gaining the trust the Egyptian king in a high level, rescuing the country from famine, drought and hunger that could affect the integrity of the whole country.
