چكيده
برنامه¬ريزي عبارت از تعيين هدف¬ها، پيش¬بيني راه¬ها و امكانات لازم براي دست‌يابي به اهداف است و يكي از مهمترين وظايف مديريت مي¬باشد. قرآن كريم به عنوان كتاب راهنماي بشر معارف بلندي را در زمينه برنامه¬ريزي ارائه نموده است. از جمله مي¬توان به شيوه¬هاي برنامه¬ريزي حضرت موسي اشاره كرد. در اين تحقيق سعي شده با مراجعه به آياتي كه مربوط به ايشان است با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و روي¬كرد ميان¬رشته¬اي، شيوه¬هاي برنامه¬ريزي آن حضرت استخراج شود كه نتايج حاصله حاصل چنين است؛ حضرت موسي در طول دوران رسالت خود به دنبال سه هدف عمده بود كه عبارتند از؛ تقويت توحيد و حسم وثنيت (بت¬پرستي)، استكبار ستيزي و مبارزه با طغيان، نجات بني¬اسرائيل از عذاب فرعون كه البته هر سه اين¬ها برمي¬گردد به هدف اصلي اخراج مردم از تاريكي جهل به سوي نور هدايت. حضرت موسي براي رسيدن به هر يك از اين اهداف شيوه¬هاي خاصي را برنامه¬ريزي كرد كه عبارتند از؛ به كار بستن شيوه¬¬هاي تنوير افكار و تصحيح اعتقادات، بازخواست و محاكمه، از بين بردن مظاهر شرك، براي نيل به هدف تقويت توحيد و حسم وثنيت و براي رسيدن به هدف استكبار ستيزي از شيوه¬هاي ارائه معجزه، ابتكار عمل و مواجهه مقتدرانه بهره برد و در نهايت براي رسيدن به هدف نجات بني¬اسرائيل از عذاب فرعون از شيوه¬هاي نقل مكان و اميد¬دهي ياري طلبيد.

Abstract
Planning is one of the most important tasks of management and the Holy Qur an, as a human guidebook, has provided great teachings in the field of planning. Among these, we can point out the ways the Prophet Moses [peace be upon him] was planning. In this research, using descriptive-analytical method and an interdisciplinary approach, it has been tried to extract his planning methods by referring to those related verses of the Quran. The results are as follows: The Prophet Moses, in His prophetic mission, sought three major goals: strengthening monotheism and spirituality (anti-polytheism), fighting against arrogant establishments, saving the Israelites from the punishment of Pharaoh. Indeed, all the three ends rest on the main goal of expelling people from the darkness of ignorance and conducting them towards the light of guidance and excellence. In order to achieve each of these goals, the Prophet Moses has planned specific methods, such as the way in which thoughts and beliefs are corrected, the methods of interrogation and trials, and the way of eliminating the manifestations of polytheism. The prophet Moses employed the method of offering miracles to achieve the purposes of strengthening monotheism, breaking down polytheism and fighting in the face of arrogant establishments. As such, to achieve the goal of rescuing the Israelites from the punishment of Pharaoh, he took many initiatives such as boosting the morale of the people with resilience and courage and migration. Consequently, Moses, as one of the divine administrators, pursued certain goals according to the needs of society, and, in order to reach each one, he planned the appropriate methods and tried his best. To maximize its use of the minimum facilities, it has the highest returns in the shortest time.
