چكيده
تصميم¬گيري يكي از موضوعات كليدي و مفاهيم محوري در مديريت است و از سوي مديران و صاحب¬نظران اين عرصه از گذشته¬هاي دور تاكنون موردتوجه قرارگرفته و در سير تكاملي با رويكرد-هاي متفاوت به تبيين آن پرداخته¬اند. ازآنجاكه تصميم¬گيري جوهره¬ي اصلي مديريت است كيفيت و درك چگونگي فرايند آن سهم تعيين‌كننده‌ي در ميزان موفقيت يا شكست برنامه¬ها و هدف¬ها دارد. درواقع همه¬ي وظايف و عملكردهاي مديريتي در پيوستاري در راستاي تحقق اهداف مبتني بر تصميم¬¬گيري هستند. بااين‌وجود موضوع موردنظر از ديدگاه كلام وحي موردتوجه بايسته قرار نگرفته و در رابطه با آن خلأ علمي وجود دارد. هدف اساسي در اين پژوهش درك صحيح تصميم¬گيري و فرايند آن از منظر قرآن است و اين¬كه آيا تصميم¬گيري قرآني تفاوت جوهري با تصميم¬گيري دانش مديريت رايج دارد يا خير. نگارنده با بهره‌گيري از روش توصيفي تحليلي نخست به بيان تصميم¬گيري و فرايند آن از منظر دانش مديريت پرداخته؛ سپس موضوع را از دريچه¬ي كلام وحي به بررسي گرفته است. يافته¬هاي پژوهش نشان مي¬دهد كه قرآن كريم ضمن پاسداشت دست¬آوردهاي عقلي و تجربي، براي رشد و تعالي همه‌جانبه بيش از هر چيز توجه اساسي را به منابع و مباني ديني معطوف دارد. زيرا عنايت به ظرفيت¬ها و داشته¬هاي وحياني عامل اساسي رشد متوازن و بهره‌گيري مطلوب از يافته¬هاي انساني و برخورد غير انفعالي با نظريه¬هاي موجود است و نيز آموزه‌هاي اسلامي برخلاف نظريه¬هاي غربي به‌صراحت بيان مي‌دارند كه در اجراي سازي تصميم بيش از هر چيز بايد اتكال و اعتماد به مدير ازلي داشت.

Abstract
Decision making is one of the key concepts and issues in management. The managers and experts, from long time onward, have paid attention to this key concept and thus have developed various approaches in an evolutionary course. Since decision making is the core of management, understanding the quality and processes of decision-making, determines the success or failure of the programs and objectives. In fact, all management tasks and functions are in line with the goals of decision-making. However, this subject matter has not received much attention from the Quranic researchers. There is a scientific vacuum in relation to this topic. The main purpose of this study is to understand decision making and its process from the point of view of the Qur an, and whether the Qur anic decision is utterly different with the decision making of management. The author, using the descriptive-analytical method, addresses the issue of decision making and its process from the perspective of science of management; then the subject is examined by the revelation. The findings of the research show that the Holy Qur an, while upholding intellectual and experimental achievements, focuses on religious sources and foundations that bring about the comprehensive growth and improvement of human. For paying heed to the human capacities and revelatory legacy is a fundamental factor in the development of balanced growth. And Islamic teachings, contrary to Western theories, state that in the implementation of the decision, more than anything, one has to eternal manager.
