قواعد و ضوابط برداشت علمي از قرآن كريم

The rules and principles of scientific deduction from the Quran

چكيده يكي از تحولات مهم قرآن‌پژوهي در دوران معاصر، برداشت علمي از قرآن است كه در آن، مفسّران وپژوهشگران علوم قرآني به قواعدي در اين باره دست يافتند.نوشتار پيش رو در پي آن است تا به روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي تصويري كلي و نظام مند از برداشت علمي از قرآن كريم را به تصوير كشد. از يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر آن است كه ضوابط فهم و تفسير قرآن، انديشه هاي بنيادين و تاثيرگذار در تفسير هستند. مفسر قرآن با شناخت اين قواعد و ضوابط مي‌تواند برداشت صحيح و معتبري از قرآن ارايه دهد. ضوابط برداشت از قرآن به دو دسته عمومي و اختصاصي تقسيم مي شود، قواعد عمومي تفسير؛ مانند قاعده سياق، قواعد ادبي، قواعد اصول فقه، قواعد فقهي و معلومات فقهي براي فهم آيات الاحكام، قاعده ممنوعيت كاربرد اسرائيليات در تفسير، قاعده عدم جواز كاربرد غير علم در تفسير واما ضوابط اختصاصي تفسير عبارت از: ضرورت تفسير علمي با علوم تجربي قطعي و يقيني و پرهيز از فرضيه هاي احتمالي، دلالت روشن ظاهر آيه قرآن بر مطالب علوم تجربي مورد نظر ورعايت تناسب ظاهر آيه با مسائل علمي، استفاده از گونه صحيح تفسير علمي واستخدام علوم در فهم، تبيين و تفسير قرآن و پرهيز از گونه‌هاي ناصحيح همچون استخراج علوم از قرآن و تطبيق و تحميل نظريه‌هاي علمي بر قرآن است. كليدواژگان:قواعد، برداشت علمي،ضوابط عام، ضوابط خاص.

Abstract One of the most important developments in the Quranic researches in contemporary times is the scientific deduction of the Quran in which the exegetes and scholars of the Quranic sciences have come up with rules and regulations on this subject. This paper seeks to provide a comprehensive and systematic picture from the logic of understanding and interpreting the Holy Quran. The foundations of understanding and interpretation of the Qur an are fundamental and influential constituents in the act of interpretation. The interpreter of the Qur an will not be qualified if he is not aware of the conditions or if he does not comply with the following rules and principles: the interpretation of the Quran should never run counter to other verses, the interpretation of the Quran should never run counter to the content of authentic traditions, reason, empirical sciences and other definitive laws. The rules for understanding the Quran are as: getting acquaintance with the literary rules, Arabic words, the exegetical traditions, and the rules of the science of principles and logic. They are all effective in understanding the Qur an. He who does not meet the pertinent conditions, can never have a correct and reliable deduction from the Quran.
