چكيده دانشنامه قرآن كريم به سرويراستاري اليور ليمن مداخلي را درباره قرآن كريم و تفسير آورده و ذيل هركدام مقالاتي را نوشته است. مدخل تفسير شامل سه مقاله است كه هم از لحاظ محتوايي و هم از لحاظ علمي، مطالب چندان قدرتمندي را نياورده است. ناآشنايان با تفسير و علوم قرآني، چندان توان تشخيص ضعف‌ها و نواقص را نخواهند داشت؛ اما براي انديشمندان عرصه تفسير و علوم قرآني بسيار ضعيف و ناقص بوده و تشخيص اينكه تتبعات لازم در اين زمينه صورت نگرفته براي آنان كاري سهل و آسان است. جهت‌گيري نويسندگان در راستاي زميني بودن قرآن و شبيه‌سازي آن با تورات و انجيل فعلي از مهم‌ترين مشكلات اين دانشنامه در تدوين مقالات فوق است. اين مقاله ضمن بررسي نقاط ضعف و قوت مداخل تفسير، تلاش مي‌كند، نقص‌هاي آن را با اشارات و راهنمايي‌هاي علماي تفسير و علوم قرآني برطرف كرده و در صورت مفصل بودن مطالب، آن‌ها را به منابع معتبر و لازم ارجاع دهد. واژگان كليدي: دانشنامه، تفسير قرآن، اوليور ليمن، تفسير سلفي، اسرائيليات

Abstract The Encyclopedia of the Holy Qur an, with the editor in chief of Oliver Lehman, has introduced entries on the Holy Quran writing many articles on the Quranic topics. The exegesis entry consists of three articles that have not been so powerful in terms of both content and form. Those who are unfamiliar with the Qur anic exegesis and science will not be able to recognize the weaknesses and shortcomings, but for the scholars in the field of Qur anic studies and exegesis, they are very weak and incomplete. To them it is easy to figure out the shortcomings in those articles. The main problems of the authors, who compiled the articles of the above-mentioned encyclopedia, are first their belief in non-divinity of the Quran and second their comparison of the Quran with the current Gospels. This article, while analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of exegetical entries, attempts to overcome their defects. He relies the guidance provided by the scholars of interpretation and Qur anic sciences, and, if needed, he will ask his readers to refer to the authoritative and necessary sources.
