چكيده
فرهنگ راهكارهاي شايع موجه در يك جامعه براي رفع هرگونه نياز واقعي يا غير واقعي است. فرهنگ، مجموعه پيچيده‌اي از دانش‌ها، باورها، هنرها، قوانين، اخلاقيات، عادات و هرچه كه فرد به عنوان عضوي از جامعه از جامعه خويش فرامي‌گيرد است. فرهنگ، راه مشترك زندگي، انديشه و كنش انسان در يك جامعه است كه الزاما هميشه صحيح و كامل نيست؛ بلكه فرهنگ ها اغلب دچار نقايص و اشكالاتي هستند كه اديان الهي به دنبال اصلاح آنها بوده اند. جامعه جاهلي نيز در عصر نزول فرهنگ هاي خطاي بسياري داشت. يكي از اهداف نزول آيات، اصلاح فرهنگ يا ارتقاي آن است. عملكرد قرآن با توجه به رسانه بودن آن نظام مند و به صورت الگويي بوده است كه قرآن آن را معرفي مي كند. با استخراج اين مدل ها مي توان براي بهبود فرهنگ جوامع مختلف گام برداشت. يكي از سوره هاي اجتماعي قرآن سوره حجرات است كه با دقت در آيات آن مي توان به برخي از اين راهكارها دست يافت. اين نوشتار در صدد است با روش تفسير اجتهادي از سوره مباركه حجرات راهكارهاي اصلاح فرهنگ را استخراج و بيان نمايد.

Abstract
Culture is a set of commonly justified remedies in a society that address any real or unreal need. In other definition, culture is a complex set of knowledge, beliefs, arts, rules, morals, habits, and everything that a person, as a member of a community, embraces them from his own society. Culture is the common way of life, thought and action of human beings in a society that is not necessarily always correct, thus, cultures often suffer from defects but the divine religions have sought to reform them. The community of ignorance [pre-Islamic era], suffered numerous flaws during the revelation of the Quran. One of the goals of sending the Quranic verses is to reform or promote culture. This action is based on a model of a solution that the Quran introduces. With the extraction of these models, one can take a step forward to improve the culture of various communities. al-Hujarat is one of the social chapters of the Holy Qur an from which various solutions in this regard can be achieved. The present article, through extrapolative [ijtihadi] method, seeks to elaborate and explain ways of reforming culture on the basis of chapter al-Hujarat.
