چكيده
علوم اجتماعي، از رشتههاي انساني نوپديد است كه به مقوله توجه به امنيت اجتماعي اهميت فراواني ميدهد، زيرا شرط زندگي سالم و از مؤلفههاي اساسي و پايدار در هر جامعهاي است. قرآن كريم نيز، كاملترين و جامعترين برنامهي الاهي براي هدايت فرد و جامعه است و بر وجود امنيت اجتماعي تأكيدات فراواني دارد
از ديدگاه قرآن كريم، عدالت اجتماعي و مبارزه با ظلم و موانع كمال، جهاد فرهنگي به وسيله دعوت به فرهنگ اسلامي و گسترش امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، شناخت فرهنگ بيگانه و تشريح مداوم آن، دفاع فرهنگي با روشهاي ايجابي و سلبي يا تركيبي، از راهكارهاي تأمين امنيت فرهنگي به شمار ميروند.
در حوزه امنيت اقتصادي، برخي آيات به بيان راهكارهاي ايجاد امنيت اقتصادي پيش و پس از توليد، نيز هنگام توزيع ميپردازند. اين گونه آيات، به مردم فراخوان فعاليتهاي اقتصادي و آبادگري و سازندگي و فرمان فراهمسازي عوامل توليد ميدهد يا بيانگر لزوم رعايت اصول حاكم هنگام توليد هستند. در عرصه توزيع نيز، به اصل مالكيت خداي والا، اخوت و برادري مردم و لزوم عدالت اجتماعي توجه دارد.

Abstract
Social science is a new discipline in humanities that attaches great importance to the issue of social security. For security is a condition of healthy social life and is a fundamental and sustainable component of any society. The Holy Qur an, being the most complete and comprehensive divine program for guiding the individual and society, emphasizes on the existence of social security. The Holy Quran puts froth the following strategies for providing cultural security: establishing social justice, struggle against oppression, removing the impediments of perfection, conducting cultural jihad through inviting to Islamic culture and expanding the principle of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, identifying the foreign culture and devising cultural defense with positive and negative methods. In the field of economic security, some verses describe the ways of creating economic security before and after production, even during distribution. These verses call for people to engage in economic activities, constructions, and command the supply of agents, or indicate the need to adhere to the prevailing principles of production. In the distribution area, the Holy Quran pays heed to the principle of Allah’s ownership, the fraternity of the people, and the need for social justice. The Holy Quran has also provided some ways to achieve political security in two areas: insight and action. Belief in atheism, knowing the path of guidance, and the firm belief in resurrection are effective insights that will bring about political security. Action strategies have been expressed in two positive and negative aspects such as: adherence to divine laws, the delegation of government to righteous people, disobedience to tyranny and avoiding arrogance. In addition to these rules, there is a need for administrators to fully implement the rules in society.
Likewise, the Holy Quran has certain guidelines to establish judicial security. Some of which are the implementation of Islamic laws, commitment to scholarly judgments, the spread of honesty and veracity, avoidance of intolerance and prevention of corruption in the judiciary. Judicial security is based on the two pillars of guardianship and Ummah, and law and justice are the two fundamental components of its judicial system.
