چكيده
تصميم گيري با توجه به شاخص هاي متفاوت، انواع مختلفي دارد كه در اين پژوهش، تصميم گيري جهاني مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
انسانها درطول حيات خود با انواع مشكلات و مسائلي روبرو مي شوند كه چاره اي جز تصميم گيري ندارند، تصميم گيري نقش ويژه اي در زندگي آدمي و به ويژه سازمانهاي بشري دارد. از تصميم گيري هاي كوچك در امور جزئي زندگي فردي و سازماني گرفته، تا تصميم گيري هاي بسيار بزرگ و موثر در زندگي فرد، اجتماع و حتي جهان اطراف ما، تصميماتي كه نتايج آن مي تواند بخش بزرگي از جهان پيراموني بشررا تحت تاثير خود قراردهد.
تصميم گيري جهاني، فراگرد گزينش و انتخاب يك راه حل از بين راه حلهاي مختلف است كه اثر مطلوبي بر جهان خواهد داشت.
نقش و وظيفة بي‌بديل تصميم‌گيري در فعاليت‌هاي سازماني بر كسي پوشيده نيست. با توجه به اين نقش، انديشمندان مديريت از آن به‌عنوان «قلب مديريت» ياد مي‌كنند. فرآيند تصميم گيري در پرتو فرهنگ، ادراكات، اعتقاد و ارزش ها، نگرش ها، شخصيت، دانش و بينش فرد صورت مي گيرد و اين عوامل بر يكديگر تأثير متقابل دارند، لذا بيش از آنكه اهميت تصميم‌گيري مورد توجه مي‌باشد، تأثير فرهنگ و بينش انسان بر تفكر و عمل تصميم‌گيري او مورد توجه است.
در اين پژوهش سعي شد ابتدا ضمن بررسي واژگان صريح، مترادف و مرتبط با موضوع تصميم گيري، در لفظ و معنا، با استفاده از روش اسنادي، جستجو و ليست برداري از آيات مرتبط در قرآن كريم انجام شود، در ادامه، رويكردها و برداشتهاي تفسيري از تفاسير شريف الميزان، نمونه و نور مورد بررسي قرار گرفت، پژوهش روائي، تبيين دلالت آيات بر موضوعات، بررسي مباني، ابعاد، انواع و كاركردهاي تصميم گيري جهاني نيزاز ديگر مولفه هاي فرايندي در مسير اين پژوهش به شمار مي رود.
امكان و ضرورت تصميم گيري جهاني، رابطه جهان و تصميم گيري جهاني، صبر، توكل و مشورت به عنوان زمينه هاي اين تصميم گيري، بخشي از از يافته ها و نتايج اين پژوهش به شمار مي رود.

Abstract
Decision making, based on different indices, is of different types. This research deals with one of them which is global decision. Human being, in the course of their lives, face a variety of problems and issues that have no choice but to make decisions. The decision has a special role in human life, and especially in human organizations. From small decisions in the affairs of individual and organizational life, to decisions that are very large and effective in the life of the individual, the community and even the world around us. These results of these decisions can affect a large part of the human world. Global decision making is the process of choosing a solution from among different solutions that will have a good effect on the world. The author, in this research, first, explores the explicit, synonymous and related terms of decision making, finding appropriate words and terms. He, using the documentary method, conducts the research and lists the relevant verses from the Holy Qur an. Then the author studies different exegetical approaches and works such as the exegesis of al-Mizan, Namuna and Noor. As such he studies other components in the process of research like the validity of the research, the explanation of the implications of the verses on the subjects, the study of the foundations, dimensions, types and functions of global decision making. The possibility and necessity of global decision making, the relationship between the promised world and the global decision making, patience, trust, and consultation are counted as part of the findings this study.
