Human freedom and liberty from the viewpoint of the Qur an and Allama Ja fari (RA)

چكيده تحقيق و پژوهش يكي از اركان مهم آموزش است. تحقيق به محقق وسعت اطلاعات و قدرت استنباط و اظهار نظري مي دهد. با تحقيقات علوم در شاخه‌هاي گوناگون رشد و توسعه پيدا مي‌كند، در حقيقت تحقيقات موتور حركت علم و دانش در تمام رشته‌ها مي باشد. انسان را خداوند مختار آفريده تا امر و نهي الهي معني صحيح پيدا كند تا انذار و تبشير انبياء مفهوم پيدا كند. وبه دنيال آن عمل خير، فضيلت و عمل شر، رذيلت حساب شود. اختيار انسان در اراده‌ي تشريعي خداوند مي‌باشد. نه در اراده‌ي تكويني الهي. فاعليت انسان با خالقيت مطلق الاهي منافات ندارد چون انسان فاعل بالتبع است نه فاعل مستقل. با توجه به اين كه آزادي و اختيار انسان يكي از موضوعات با اهميت و مورد بحث اكاديمك در غرب و اسلام است در اين تحقيق مسأله آزادي و اختيار انسان از ديدگاه قرآن و علامه جعفري مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته است. كليدواژه‌ها: قرآن، آزادي ، اختيار ، علامه جعفري(ره)

Abstract God has created man as agents with full freedom. In the light of man’s freedom and choice, God s prescriptions and proscription, which have been embodied in divine prophets’ guidelines, will be meaningful. And by virtue of freedom, the good deed becomes virtuous and the evil act becomes resentful. The will of man is in the legislative will of God, not in the existential will of Allah. The research, using library resources, describes and analyzes the collected data. Human agency is not in conflict with the absolute creation of God, because man is a dependent actor not an independent one. Considering the fact that human freedom and human beings are one of the most important topics discussed in Islam and the academic circles of the west, this research studies and analyzes human freedom from the viewpoint of the Quran and Allama Ja’fari.
