چكيده
ظلم به معناي قرار دادن چيزي در غير جاي خودش و تجاوز از حق تعريف شده است. در ادبيات قرآني ظلم به هر نوع تجاوز از حدود و قوانين الهي اطلاق مي گردد. قرآن كريم، ظلم را يكي از عوامل مهم در انحطاط و هلاكت معرفي مي كند. ظلم از منظر قرآن كريم به نوع تقسيم شده است: ظلم به خدا، ظلم به خود و ظلم به ديگران.
ظلم به ديگران يا ظلم مردم نسبت به يكديگر است كه مصداق آن قتل، غارت، دزدي، احتكار، كم فروشي، تقلب در مال و جنس، خوردن مال يتيم، فساد، فحشا و در يك كلام تجاوز به حقوق فردي و اجتماعي ديگران مي باشد. يا ظلم از طرف حكومت نسبت به مردم است. ظلم حكومت نسبت به مردم از سه زايه قابل تحليل است: 1. غصب حكومت توسط كساني كه صلاحيت لازم براي اداره امور جامعه را ندارند، سبب انحراف جامعه از مسير هدايت، كمال و پيشرفت در عرصه مادي و معنوي مي گردد. بدين گونه بزرگترين ظلم را نسبت به مردم مرتكب شده و انحطاط جامعه را رقم مي زنند. 2. حكومت هاي استبدادي كه با در پيش گرفتن سياست ستمگري، جامعه را در عرصه هاي مختلف، از مسير رشد و بالندگي بازداشته و جامعه را به انحطاط و عقب ماندگي سوق مي دهند. اين امر واضح ترين ظلمي است كه از طرف حكومت نسب به مردم صورت مي گيرد. 3. حكومت با ناكارآمدي در انجام وظيفه خويش در زمينه هاي مسائل ديني و معنوي جامعه، برقراري امنيت، توسعه علمي و فرهنگي و عدالت اقتصادي، نسبت به مردم ظلم روا داشته و سبب عقب ماندگي و انحطاط جامعه مي گردد.
قرآن كريم پيامدهاي بس ناگواري و سختي را براي ظلم و بخصوص ظلم به ديگران ذكر نموده است. اما هيچ گاه بدون اتمام حجت از طريق فرستادن پيامبران، حضور افراد مصلح و روحيه اصلاح گري در بين مردم، جامعه اي را هلاك نكرده و نمي كند. زماني كه هيچ اميدي به هدايت جامعه ظلم پيشه نباشد، آنگاه است كه عذاب الهي دامنگير آن خواهد شد.
هلاكت قوم و جامعه كه دچار ظلم و ستم هستند، عذاب اخروي شديد ظالمان و قطع نسل افراد و جامعه ظالم مهمترين پيامدهاي است كه ظلم در پي دارد.

Abstract
Oppression is defined as putting something in its undue place and is somewhat violating what is right. In the Qur anic literature, oppression refers to any kind of violation of the divine rules and laws. The Holy Quran introduces oppression as one of the most important factors in decline and destruction. Injustice from the point of view of the Holy Quran is divided into the following types: oppression to God, oppression to oneself and oppression to others. The oppression to others is either the oppression of the people towards one another such as murder, robbery, theft, hoarding, cheating, fraud in property and goods, wrong consumption of the orphans’ property, corruption, prostitution and, abstractly oppression is the violation of personal and social rights of others. Or the oppression is carried out by government towards the people. The oppression of government towards the people can be analyzed from three perspectives: 1. The usurpation of the power [state] by unqualified figures who causes the society to deviate from the path of guidance, perfection and progression in the material and spiritual domains. This way, they commit the greatest oppression to the people and bring about the decline of the society. 2. Autocratic governments: by following oppressive politics, they keep the society away from the path of growth and advancement and lead the society to decline and backwardness in various fields. This is the most obvious atrocities the government commit against the citizens of country. 3. The government becomes transgressors when they are inefficient and neglect performing their duties in matters of religious and spiritual issues of society, providing security, scientific and cultural development, exercising economic justice. Their malfunction will cause the retardation and degeneration of society. The Holy Quran has mentioned the horrendous and severe consequences of oppression and especially oppression to others. But Allah has never perished and will not ruin a society without completing the proof against them. The divine prophets, the presence of good and pious people, and the spirit of reform among the people are the three proofs of Allah against the people. When there is no hope of guiding the oppressive society to the straight path, then the punishment of God will afflict them all. The most important consequences of oppression [transgression] are: The destruction of the oppressive people and society, the severe aftermath waiting for the wrongdoers and the discontinuation of the oppressors’ generation and etc.
