Study of absorption and metabolism of sulfur in horse radish(Armoracia rusticana)

گياه هورس راديش يا ترب كوهي با نام علمي(Armoracia rusticana )يكي از گياهان دارويي مهم است. اين گياه داراي خواص آنتي اكسيداني و ضد ميكروبي مي‏باشد، مواد گوگردي ترب كوهي خطر ابتلا به آنفاركتوس يا سكته مغزي را كاهش مي‏دهد، فشار خون را به حالت طبيعي درمي‏آورد و از خطر لخته شدن خون جلوگيري مي‏كند. گوگرد يكي از عناصر ضروري براي رشد و نمو گياهان محسوب مي‏‏شود. تندي و اثر بخشي گياه دارويي هورس راديش ناشي از گلوكوزينولات ‏ها و ايزوتيوسيانات‏ هاي حاصل از تخريب آن‏ها مي‏باشد.‏ يكي از راه‏هاي مديريت ميزان تندي در اين گياه اعمال شرايط محيطي مي‏باشد. اين تحقيق براي بررسي روند جذب و متابوليسم گوگرد در اين گياه انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه شاخص‏هاي فيزيولوژيكي گياه با سطوح افزايش ميزان گوگرد رابطه‏ي مستقيم صعودي نداشته واز ساير روندهاي رايج كودي يا رژيم كودي در گياهان تبعيت نمي‏نمايد. براساس داده‏ هاي به‏دست آمده از آزمايش ها، ابتدا يك روند كاهشي در شاخص‏هاي فيزيولوژيكي از جمله CCI(محتوي كلروفيل) مشاهده شد كه مناسب ترين بازه‏ي گوگرد براي اين گياه مي‏باشد. با افزايش سطوح گوگردي شرايط تنش بر گياه حاكم شد كه اغلب صفات فيزيولوژيكي گياه را تحت تاثير قرار داده است.

Horseradish (Armoracia rusticana) is one of the most important medicinal plants. This plant has anti oxidant and anti microbial properties, sulfur compounds horse radish risk of infarction or stroke, reduces the blood pressure becomes normal and prevent the risk of blood clots. Sulfur is an essential elemant for the growth and development of plants is considered. Chilly and efficacy of Horse radish plant whit the scientific name(Armoracia rusticana) is an important medicinal plant horse radish of glucosinolates and their isothiocyanat is derived from destruction. on way to manage chilly this plant is applied the environmental conditions. This research is to study the absorption and metabolism of sulfur. The results showed that the plant physiological parameters whit increasing levels of sulfur content no direct relationship and from other common processes fertilizer in plants not complying. Based on the data obtained from the tests, beginning a decline in physiological parameters seen, such as CCI( chlorophyll content). That is the most appropriate rang for the sufur for this plant. With increasing levels of sulfur, ruled stress on plant that is effected the physiological characters.
