The purpose of this paper is to construct of Krasner hyperrings via to rings and to compute of
fundamental relations on Krasner hyperrings. In this regards first we study some basic properties
of Krasner hyperring, then we show that any given ring is isomorphism to krasner fundamental
ring of a nontrivial Krasner hyperring. We study some properties of Krasner hyperring and prove
that infinite Krasner hyperrings are proper.
