Centralized resource allocation based on income-cost in Data Envelopment Analysis

Reallocation and transferring facilities and inputs are costly and it can impose high cost to the units. Therefore, in this paper, in order to control the cost of facilities and resources reallocation for achieving the maximum possible outputs by using the minimum possible inputs and for saving valuable resources, the inputs and the resources were mixed and allocated again in a way that, firstly, all the new output units which were achievablewere increased and the cost of transferring the resources was decreased. In the suggested model, the units try to save the valuable resources and start to increase the valuable outputs. In this paper, it is supposed that all the inputs are transferable and the value of resources and the increased outputs as well as the transferring cost of inputs and facilities are clear. In this paper, firstly, the centralized input and output allocation models are reviewed and then, in section 3, the suggested model is explained. In the end, some examples are given for the models.
