Polymer based Carbon Nanotube Coating Methods for Microwave Sensing Application

Polymer based carbon nanotube playing important role in sensor technology for high sensitivity application. Determining appropriate deposition method is one of the most important factors to achieve efficient sensor using coated polymer based carbon nanotube as a sensitive layer. There are several methods to coating carbon nanotube polymer based on substrate including: spray coating, spin coating, adsorption, dip coating and electric field deposition. In this paper, different coating methods and techniques to prepare surface before coating are discussed.
