Aim of this study is to evaluate changes of proteome pattern of a sensitive cultivar of canola under salinity stress when its roots are inoculated with Pseudomonas fluoresense FY32 as a plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium. Salinity in two levels and bacteria inoculation are applied to the experiment in a split plot design. Protein content of leaves have been extracted using TCA acetone method and 2D-PAGE has been run to separate peptides. Quantitative analysis of protein abundance was done electronically and the significant spots were identified. These proteins are categorized into six functional groups and discuss in this study.
